We were commissioned by our client to create a well-planned, replacement amenity building that will host a range of ecological features.

The new amenity building has been designed and sited around the existing trees and site topography. The building reflects the surroundings so that the wooded character of the site remains the dominant characteristic.

The building will feature extensive insulation of the roof, walls and ground slab; externally will be clad in responsibly sourced timber; introduce new bio-diverse habitats through an extensive green roof system; reduce water consumption through the use of grey water recycling and feature the installation of new thermally efficient double glazed windows throughout.
