Great result this week at planning committee after several years hard work.
We have secured outline planning permission for 4 new high quality light industrial units on a difficult ex-colliery site, which also sits within the green belt. A very happy client as we also secured a 33% uplift in floor area over existing!

Updated images of this residential scheme - just about to be submitted for planning.
A key part of the Wirral Waters masterplan, we are helping transform this site, once occupied by derelict 19th century docks and warehouses, into 78 colourful waterside homes.
The project will provide 14 two-bed townhouses and 64 one-bed apartments.
