Working within the confines of a site previously occupied by two detached 1970s houses, the task was to maximise the land value whilst simultaneously respecting the protected trees that sat in their gardens.

This high density project proposes fourteen maisonettes flanking a surface car park to the rear and a communal green space to the top of the site which wraps around the protected trees.

The elevations are clad in burnt brown multi-stock facing brickwork contrasting the red-brown plain rooftiles. The quality materials and carefully detailed bay windows all help lift the project above the standard volume house-builder product.
