The scheme proposes ten 1 bed modular maisonette apartments, constructed offsite.

The proposal site lies to the south west of Grantham town centre, adjacent to existing affordable housing. The site, which measures approximately 0.12 hectares (approx. 0.3 acres), is currently vacant land.

The site is bounded on all sides by existing residential properties on Kinoulton Court and Hornsby Road.
