Nice work by our visuals team to bring this scheme in the Cotswolds to life. The site is just outside Cirencester and will include 71 new build dwellings and 4 Grade-II listed conversions. Delighted to be working again with Ritchie & Ritchie LLP on this project.

Our affordable housing pipeline across the East and West Midlands is growing rapidly at the minute. A mix of traditional and MMC proposed. Totalling 234 units and providing 100% affordable on each site:

DERBYSHIRE HOUSING SUBMITTED FOR PLANNING

Latest images of Woodville Road, Derbyshire to provide thirteen new homes for Brookland Residential Ltd. The level of articulation in the architectural detailing helps to enhance the local character of the area, whilst also introducing a range of modern family homes. Materials complement the existing village, and echo the detailing to window head and sills.
