The ambition for this development was to create a sense of place and a variety of suburban spaces.
This was a significant challenge as the existing site was not provided with any noteworthy landscaping, existing building or interesting topography.
The successful scheme delivers 24 two bedroom executive apartments over three buildings surrounded by landscaped gardens and off street parking.
The development won an NHBC Pride in the Job Award.
