Mike has been involved in architectural design and management for over 20 years, working for both leading practices and national housebuilders. He has contributed to a wide range of projects, in a variety of sectors during his career including large-scale urban housing developments, urban and rural masterplanning, transport interchanges, sports facilities, retail space, offices and hotels - in the UK, Middle East and Australia.
The company developed on the back of this broad experience and Mike still retains overall responsibility for the design and delivery of each project.
Russell is an experienced and focused architect with an impressive background delivering large scale,
multi-million pound projects. Significant career milestones include a £10m apartment development in Poole, a new Kia car showroom in Burton on Trent and a £25m residential-led development in central London.
He has also been involved in the re-development of the Grade-II listed Royal Hotel in Ashby-de-la Zouch and the new MUJI flagship store in Oxford Circus, in collaboration with David Chipperfield Architects.
Russell also tutors architecture at Nottingham Trent University.
Drawing on over 40 years experience in the construction industry, including 20 years working in architectural practices, Mark operates in all sectors, with a specialism in steel frame, timber frame, and modular construction.
Mark’s offsite expertise is available to manufacturers, principal contractors, and private developers, bringing diversity to the company’s client base.
Mark offers a range of services including design, project management, assistance in obtaining or renewal of accreditations and certifications and general offsite construction support.
With a background in HR and office management, Zoe has spent her career working with large organisations to communicate their work, ideas and ethos effectively, market their skills, and develop their practice and business.
Zoe takes care of the practice's finances, budgeting and business strategies. She also works with senior management to oversee workflow resourcing and logistics, keeping projects on time and on budget.
Shahin is an experienced technician and an associate member of the CIAT with 8 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working towards a masters in BIM and Project Procurement.
He has supported companies on a wide range of projects during his career, specifically providing technical input to clients who specialise in the design, manufacture and construction of sustainable timber frame buildings - across stages 2 to 5 of the RIBA Plan of Work.
Stephen's primary role, alongside management duties and IT, is the delivery of technical packages for construction and Building Regulations approval.
Projects range from one-off houses up to 30+ dwelling sites.
Stephen has also worked with Local Authorities on regeneration projects and developed the standard layouts which were used across various sites. These ranged from 1-2 bed apartments up to 2-5 bed houses.
