The proposals involve the creation of a new building to house a physiotherapy clinic and ancillary facilities, to accommodate our client’s growing business.

Planning application to completion in under six months was achieved for this timber frame structure. Cladding is a fibre cement panelised rainscreen system.

The main site constraint were existing mature trees that had to be retained and preserved to maintain the character and appearance of this part of the Henley on Thames Conservation Area.
