MDA, in association with Marrons Planning, successfully secured planning permission for this new 3,500 sq ft dwelling with extensive paddock in the heart of a Leicestershire conservation village.

The scheme will see the conversion of redundant outbuildings into a new 4 bedroom house, with a new garden room and four bay oak framed car port - all within a beautifully landscaped setting.
