MDA are developing some of the interior design packages for this landmark mill conversion.
Tolson's Mill in Tamworth is a derelict Grade-II listed five-storey former textile factory dating back to 1883. The home of "red tape" it was for many years the centre of production for the fabric red tape used to bind legal documents. The mill is currently being brought back to life as 51 apartments and works are progressing well on site.
The annex building will be converted into a further 11 townhouses.
MDA are delivering some of the interior design packages for this exciting mill conversion. We have rationalised the internal apartment and townhouse layouts to offer more efficient use of the space between the existing cast iron structure.
