MODULAR HOMES UPDATE
Designs are progessing well for our affordable modular housing sites across the East Midlands. Each floor will be constructed as a self-contained factory finished module, with the roof also delivered as a fully finished module.

SIPS SYSTEM PROPOSED FOR NEW SOUTH OXFORDSHIRE HOUSES
A further chance to showcase our work in the offsite sector - we have been commissioned to prepare designs for two new houses constructed with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS). MDA embraces modern methods of construction for all our projects where practically and financially viable.

FIVE NEW HOMES IN RUTLAND
Some early artist's impressions coming through for five large executive homes in Rutland. The homes will sit behind established, mature trees in an idyllic rural location, Rutland. Materials draw heavily on the local vernacular, and will include Collyweston Slate and Clipsham Limestone. Construction due to commence Q1 2019.
