PLANNING SUCCESS FOR MODULAR HOUSING
We have received planning approval on behalf of South Kesteven District Council and GF Tomlinson for a proposed affordable housing development on Earlesfield Lane, one mile from Grantham town centre.
The scheme comprises four new modular maisonettes, delivering 1 bed homes, all designed to Lifetime Homes standards.

AFFORDABLE HOMES SUBMITTED FOR PLANNING
26 affordable homes over 6 sites in Bourne, Stamford and Grantham have been submitted for planning on behalf of our joint clients GF Tomlinson and South Kesteven District Council. The homes will be delivered using both offsite and traditional methods of construction.
