OFFSITE EXPO
We're heading to the Offsite Expo tomorrow (21 September) in Coventry. We're dedicated to transforming construction and are strong advocates of #MMC. Our business allows developers access to a modular supply chain and we can also work with manufacturers to develop their system designs. NEW AFFORDABLE HOMES
Good progress being made on site in the Lincolnshire sunshine by D Brown Building Contractors Ltd. MDA have designed these 7 new affordable homes in Bourne for South Kesteven District Council. The timber frame bunglalows and maisonettes will be finished in through coloured render and facing brickwork.

CANALSIDE APARTMENTS
Tolson's Mill in Tamworth is a derelict Grade-II listed five-storey former textile factory dating back to 1883. The mill is currently being brought back to life as 51 apartments.
MDA are developing some of the interior design packages for Brookland Residential Ltd.
