HARBORNE HALL, BIRMINGHAM
Great to be working on another heritage project in the West Midlands! MDA have been commissioned to deliver the detailed design for the sensitive refurbishment and conversion of Harborne Hall in Birmingham into 13 new dwellings - a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments and duplexes.
The building has at various times been a a refugee's home, an auxiliary hospital, a boy's school, a catholic convent and also a multi-faith centre.

CULLEY COURT, PETERBOROUGH
Completion on this modern light industrial and business development of 11 individual units, providing 15,500 sq ft of prestige business space, each being suitable for either warehouse or office use with WC and kitchen facilities provided in each.
All 11 units are served with an externally sited EV car charger point.

SANDY HILL BUSINESS PARK, AMINGTON
MDA are just putting together the final packages for a new development at Sandy Hill Business Park, near Tamworth. This new phase will will include 10,000 sq ft of Grade-A offices and a multi-storey car park. Construction due to commence Q3 2022.

MEADOW CLOSE, BOURNE
MDA secured planning and delivered the detailed design for these much needed affordable homes for our end client South Kesteven District Council. Good to see the finished result. Well done to all involved in the project at MDA.
