MIDDLEBECK NEWARK, PHASE 3
MDA were pleased to provide technical assistance to Bellway Homes Ltd (East Midlands) on Phase 3 of this prestigious development for 106 new homes.

Middlebeck is a 694-acre urban extension to the south of Newark. Over the next 15 years, the area will be transformed into a new community, characterised by open spaces, convenient connections and local amenities.

ASHTON FIELDS, COTSWOLDS

Excellent result for the client as RM consent has finally been secured on this scheme in the Cotswolds, after nearly 2 years in the planning system! The development will bring forward 75 new homes for market sale ranging from 2 bedroom bungalows to 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. Great to have collaborated with BHB Architects on this scheme as part of the wider design team.

TOLSON'S MILL, TAMWORTH

First few completions now coming through at Tolson's Mill in Tamworth for Brookland Residential. The building is a Grade-II listed five-storey former textile factory dating back to 1883. The scheme will provide a total of 51 apartments and 11 townhouses.
